Michelle Willingham was the reason I fell in love with historical romance. Michelle is, without a doubt, my favourite historical romance author of all time and once again she has nailed the proverbial nail on the head. I thought this book was fabulous from beginning to end. It had all the right ingredients for a great romance, and you can really get behind the characters and root for them.

The elegance of the writing, the historical detailing and the characters made this book unputdownable. I highly recommend this book and, indeed, this author to those who love quality historical romance.
